Davor war sie 9 Jahre lang bei Lufthansa Technik tätig, zuletzt als Head of HR Business Partner Business Unit Engines (2018-2021). Weitere Positionen dort waren HR Manager Vocational Training und Head of Vocational Training & Young Talent Programs.
