Leading the HR Transformation Organizational Design in particular for the Reward & Performance Center of Expertise. Define, Design and Implement new target operating model for HR (Reward & Performance). Establish global/ regional community and enable change management. Since October 2018 responsible to coordinate Allianz SE co-determination representation.
Responsible to control the department budget and budget planning dialogue of EUR ~7mn/anno.
