I am passionate about applying Psychology and Behavioural Science through HR Technology in the areas of assessment, performance management, development and employee feedback.
My work is centered around how to help organisations using data to support their employees in a better way. I do so as this allows me to have a positive impact on the greatest number of people and to contribute to a better world of work.
